摘要
目的：结合本院一段时间内中西药联合应用的不良反应发生情况,探究在中西药联合应用中药物不良反应的发生现状。方法：2015年7~12月期间,我院接受治疗的患者,以应用中西药物联合治疗的850例患者中90例出现不良反应的患者作为研究对象,通过问卷调查以及病例信息的综合评估,从而对中西药联合应用过程中存在的问题以及防范措施进行归纳分析。结果：在中西药联合应用过程中出现不良反应的形势较为严峻,850例患者中中西药物联合方式组成中分为西药与中药注射剂、中成药以及中药汤剂的联合应用治疗,其涉及泌尿系统、消化道系统、皮肤和黏膜系统和心血管系统,并且在药物应用过程中没有得到足够重视。结论：在中西医药物应用过程中需要做好咨询工作,并且结合不良反应病症的常见诱发因素进行针对性解决和护理。
Objective： The combined drug use caused adverse reactions of Chinese and western medicines were explored.Methods： During July 2015 to December 2015, combination therapy with Chinese and western drugs in our hospital were 850 cases, among which 90 cases of adverse reaction of patients as the research object were chosen. Through questionnaire survey and case information comprehensive evaluation, the existing problems and preventive measures were summarized.Results： In the process of combined application of Chinese and western medicine, adverse reaction is more serious. 850 patients were divided into joint way of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine injections, proprietary Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine medicinal broth of combined use of treatment, and are related to urinary system, digestive system, skin and mucous membrane system and cardiovascular system, and have not been paid enough attention in the process of drug application.Conclusion： Combination therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine needs careful consulting, and paid more attention considering the common factors caused by adverse drug reactions.
