摘要
蝇蛆营养价值较高,且生产成本低、无毒无污染,是一种优质的禽畜饲料.用蝇蛆饲养肉鸡,可增加肉鸡的日增重,改善肉质风味,提高肉品质;用蝇蛆饲养蛋鸡,可增加蛋鸡的产蛋率;同时,蝇蛆中含有抗菌肽、甲壳素、壳聚糖等抗菌活性成分,能够增强鸡的机体免疫力,具有广泛的应用前景.本文综述蝇蛆的营养价值及其在养鸡方面的应用,以期为相关研究者和养殖者提供参考.
As a high quantity domestic animals feed,fly maggot has high nutritional value,low production cost,non- toxic and pollution- free. Fly maggot can advance the chicken＇ daily gain,improve meat quality and flavor; increase the rate of egg production. Fly maggot as an chicken feed has broad application prospects. It has many antibacterial constituents,such as Antimicrobial Peptide,chitin and chitosancan,so it can enhance the chicken＇ body immunity and resistance. This paper reviewed fly maggot＇s nutritional value and its application to the chicken breeding,providing a reference for the other related researchers and breeders.
