摘要
儿童终末期肾病(ESRD)应首选肾移植治疗。本文对我国行肾移植患儿的病因、肾移植围手术期处理、手术时机及术式、术后生长发育等方面进行探讨,以利于儿童ESRD的早期诊断和治疗。
Pediatric renal transplantation is the most important treatment for children with end-stage renal disease（ESRD）.This paper reviewed the etiology of pediatric renal transplantation,perioperative management,surgical options,the timing of surgery,and postoperative growth and development of children.
