摘要
胆道并发症是肝移植术后最常见的并发症之一,严重影响肝移植的成功率与疗效。与过去尸体供肝相比,心脏死亡器官捐献(DCD)供肝在胆道并发症方面带来新的挑战。本文总结本中心近3年DCD肝移植胆道并发症发生情况并探讨经胆囊管胆道引流在胆道并发症中的应用价值。
Biliary complication is one of the most common complications after liver transplantation,which affects the success rate and curative effect of liver transplantation.In addition,the donor livers derived from the DCD bring more challenges on the biliary complication,compared with the cadaveric donor in the past.In this study,we report,in our single insititution,the occurrence of the biliary complication after the DCD liver transplantation for nearly 3years,and explore the practical value of transcystic biliary drainage in the prophylaxis and treatment on the biliary complication.
