摘要
以筛选青钱柳的最佳嫩枝扦插繁殖技术为目的,采用L_16(4^4)正交试验方法,研究不同激素种类、不同浓度、不同处理时间及不同基质对青钱柳扦插成活率的影响。结果表明:青钱柳嫩枝扦插最佳的条件为:以草炭土∶蛭石∶珍珠岩(1∶1∶1)为基质,以500 mg/L的ABT生根粉溶液浸泡处理10 min。
In order to select a best cutting propagation technique of Cyclocarya paliurus,cutting experiments were carried out with different hormones,different concentrations,different treatment time and different bass materials. The results showed that the highest survival rate was soaking treatment with ABT 500 mg / L solution over 10 min when using peat soil: vermiculite: perlite( 1 ∶ 1 ∶ 1) as bass material.
