摘要
本文以高铝粉煤灰碱石灰烧结法生产氧化铝一段脱硅种子钠硅渣为原料,在生产用种分母液活化、实验室高浓度碱活化条件下,对不同活化条件下活化前后钠硅渣化学成分、物相和显微结构进行分析。试验数据和结果表明:经过碱液活化后的钠硅渣物相未发生变化,显微结构上种子表面缺陷明显增多,比表面积增大,活化后种子的脱硅活性和效率较活化前明显增强,生产采用种分母液进行活化流程是可行的,具备较好的经济效益和推广前景。
The chemical composition, phase structure and micrestructure of desilication seed with liquor activation and high concentration of alkaline solu- tion activation under different conditions are analyzed, which is sodium silicon residue from one - stage desilication by Soda - lime sintering process. The results show that the phase of sodium silicon residue after alkaline solution activation does not change, seed surface defects increase significantly in micro- structure, specific surface area increases, the desilication activity and efficiency of seed significantly enhance than pre - activation, it is feasibility for the production process using activation seed liquor and has better economic efficiency and popularizing prospect.
