Internal characterization of carbon material's porous structure

摘要 为了对炭材料的多孔隙结构进行表征,将制备的试样清洗、干燥、表面喷镀后,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察并获取炭材料表面孔隙结构,运用MATLAB图像处理工具及统计学理论对炭材料孔隙结构的特征进行量化。结果表明,炭材料的孔隙结构呈圆形、椭圆形、月牙形,孔隙结构凹坑拟圆半径为1~7μm,深度为1~5μm间,孔隙结构面积占有率0.3左右。 In order to characterize the porous structure of carbon material, upon the prepared sample cleaned, dried and sprayed on its surface, the electron microscopy was used to observe and obtain the porous structure for the surface of carbon material, and the characteristics of the porous structure of carbon material was quantified by MATLAB image processor and the theory of statistics. The result shows that the shape of porous structure of carbon material is round, oval and crescent. Such geometric parameters of the porous structure as the proposed radius for the pit of highly porous structure, it is be between 1~7 μm, the depth of the pit of the porous structure is in 1~5 μm and its area share is about 0.3 μm.
