摘要
以樟子松为试验材料,将硅酸钠与硼砂复配对其改性,评价试样的热失重行为和阻燃性能,分析其压缩强度、弯曲强度、微观形貌。热重分析和锥形量热仪分析结果表明,与硅酸钠和硼砂单独处理的试样相比,复配处理的试样的阻燃性能明显提高,硅酸钠和硼砂之间具有阻燃协同效应。复配阻燃剂处理试样的HRR峰值较单一阻燃剂处理试样的峰值进一步降低。复配阻燃剂的抑烟效果显著。力学试验和扫描电镜试验结果表明,与水处理试样相比,改性试样的硬度均有所提高,复配处理试样的硬度有明显提高。
The borax complex with sodium silicate was used to modlfy the pinus sylvestris. The flame retardant properties and TGA behavior of the treated samples material were evaluated, and the compressive strength, flexural strength and micro appearance of samples were analyzed too. The TGA and cone calorimeter results indicated that there was a synergistic effect between the flame retardant borax and sodium Silicate. Compared with the sample of borax and sodium silicate treated separately, mixture of flame retardant improved the flame retardancy of samples significantly. The peak of HRR of the samples treated by complex flame retardant agent was lower than that of samples treated by simple flame retardant agent, which meant the effect of Smoke suppression of complex flame retardant was better. Mechanics experimental and SEM results showed that all modified samples' hardness increased compared with the untreated sample, especially the samples treated by complex flame retardant.
