白细胞介素-13及其受体在肺动脉高压发病中的作用研究进展

摘要 肺动脉高压是一种临床常见病症,其发病机制目前尚未完全清楚。众多研究表明,炎症及免疫机制在肺动脉高压的发生、发展起重要的作用。白细胞介素-13作为一种重要的细胞因子,主要由激活的Th2型细胞分泌产生。最近的研究表明,白细胞介素-13可能是一种新的引起肺动脉平滑肌细胞及血管内皮细胞肥大的调节因子。该文就白细胞介素-13与肺动脉平滑细胞及血管内皮细胞相互作用参与肺动脉高压发病进行综述。 Pulmonary hypertension is a common clinical disorder and its pathogenesis has not been fully understood. Numerous studies indicate that the mechanisms of inflammation and immune play an important role in pulmonary hypertension. Interleukin(IL) -13 is an important cytokine secreted by the activated Th2 type ceils. A recent study has shown IL-13 is a mediation factor that may cause hypertrophy of pulmonary artery smooth muscle ceils and endothelial cells. This article reviews the mechanisms of intervention of IL-13 with pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells and endothelial cells in pathpgenesis of pulmonary hypertension.
