摘要
目的评价MSCT对腰椎小关节综合征的诊断价值。方法回顾分析40例腰椎小关节综合征的临床表现及影像表现。结果腰椎小关节异常的主要影像表现为:1小关节突增生、肥大及骨赘形成、侧隐窝、椎间孔及椎管狭窄。2关节囊真空征、关节面硬化及囊变。3小关节不对称、关节半脱位及退行性脊柱滑脱等。结论 MSCT可充分地显示椎小关节的解剖结构和病理改变,为小关节病的诊断提供了可靠的影像学根据。
Objective To evaluate the value of mullti-slice spiral CT（MSCT）in diagnosing lumbar vertebra small joint syndrome.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical manifestations of 40 cases of lumbar vertebra small joint syndrome and image manifestations.Results The main MSCT abnormal lumbar joints were small articular process hyperplasia and hypertrophy,osteophyte formation,side crypt,intervertebral foramen and spinal canal stenosis,joint capsule vacuum,articular surface hardening and cystic change,small joints asymmetry,joint subluxation and degenerative spondylolisthesis.Conclusion MSCT can well display anatomic structures and pathological changes of the vertebral joints to provide imaging infeomation for the diagnosis of small joint diseases.
