摘要
通过分析机组协调控制系统的原理和局限性,设计了自适应煤质前馈校正。根据锅炉燃烧的延迟特性,引入功煤系数的概念,建立了基于功煤系数的组合预测模型,并对机组的协调控制系统进行优化。以某超临界机组的运行数据为例,对模型的预测效果进行验证分析。计算结果表明,该模型的平均预测精度约为97%,可有效降低校正回路信号的波动性,提高了机组对煤质的自适应能力。
Forward feedback correction of adaptive coal is designed through analysis of the principle and limitations of the coordinated control system (CCS). Fully considering the delay characteristic of the boiler, the combined forecasting model based on coefficient of power coal is established by using the concept of power coefficient of coal, the coordinated control system of the unit is also optimized. Using the operation data of a supercritical power plant to validate the model prediction effect, the results show that the average prediction accuracy of the model is about 97%. Thus, the model established effectively reduces the volatility of input signals in BTU correction circuit and enhances coal adaptive capacity of the unit.
