摘要
滇池流域是典型的高原湖盆区,丰富的水土资源使滇池坝子长期作为云南的核心经济区。滇池水系在为坝区农业灌溉提供丰富水源的同时,也使滇池流域长期遭受水患的威胁。以往关于滇池流域开发史的研究多侧重于农业开发与水利灌溉,对于水患涉及较少。本文通过梳理明清档案、历史文献和实地考察,探讨明清时期滇池流域水灾、政府赈恤及灾后河流治理,以期全面认识滇池水系,推进高原湖泊的综合研究。
The Dianchi lake valley is typical of plateau basin area. Because of its abundant water and soil resources, this area has been the economic center of Yunnan for a long period of time. The lake provided rich water resources to agricultural irrigation, and at the same time the area had long been suffering flood threats. The existing research about the development history of the Diancbi lake focused on its agriculture development and irrigation, with little attention to its floods. By sorting out the files and historical documents of the Ming and Qing dynasties and investigation, the paper studies the floods, governmental relief and lake control of the Dianchi Lake in order to understand it comprehensively and promote the study on the plateau lake.
