摘要
目的：探讨调经助孕方对卵巢储备功能下降（DOR）模型大鼠围着床期子宫内膜CTmRNA的影响。方法：选取SD大鼠随机分为空白组、西药组、中药组及中西药联合组,空白组大鼠以生理盐水灌胃,其余大鼠复制卵巢储备功能下降动物模型（DOR模型）,以雷公藤多苷片灌胃。造模成功后西药组大鼠予HRT加促排卵治疗,中药组予调经助孕中药复方颗粒,联合组给予中药及西药同时用药。于大鼠妊娠第4天解剖子宫获取全部内膜组织,采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应法（RT-PCR）检测各组内膜中CT mRNA的表达量。结果：西药组大鼠围着床期时内膜CT mRNA表达水平较空白组、联合组与中药组低,其间的差异均存在极显著的统计学意义（P〈0.01）,中药组表达水平稍高于空白组及联合组,但其三者间的差异均没有显著性（P〉0.05）。结论：调经助孕方可改善DOR模型大鼠子宫内膜容受性,增加胚胎着床率。
Objectives： To study the effect of Tiao Jing Zhu Yun decoction in CTmRNA during the peri-implantation based on the rats model of Decreasing Ovarian Reserve（ DOR）. Methods： the SD rats were randomized into placebo group（ P group）,model control group（ M group）,weartern medicine treated group（ W group）,Chinese herb treated group（ H group） and combination group（ C group）,The P group were perfused with physiological saline,other groups were given Tripterygium Glycoside（ TG） Pill through Gastric administration,copy the rats model of Decreasing Ovarian Reserve（ DOR）. After the success of modeling,conduct hormone replacement therapy（ HRT） and ovarian stimulation in W group,H group were ferfused with Tiao JingZhu Yun complex priscription powder,C group were treated with combination of Chinese herb Werstern drugs. At the forth day of pregnancy,dissected rat uterus to get all endometrial tissue,temporal expression of CT were detected using RT-PCR. Results： Effected on the expression of endometrium CT mRNA in peri-implantation： The expression level of endometrium CT mRNA of W group in peri-implantation was the lowest in comparision with P group、C group and H group,making a great statistical significance（ P〈0. 01）. Specificly,the expression level of H group was a bit higer than that of P group and C group,but the difference between the three groups maked no sense（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The Tiao Jing Zhu Yun decoction can increase endometrial receptivity and lay the foundation of embryo implantation.
