Experimental study on pulse fast charging of lithium-ion battery

摘要 为了满足电动车用锂离子动力电池快速高效充电的要求,根据马斯三定律提出了一种大电流带负脉冲充电方法作为电池的快速充电方式。通过大量实验,证实了带负脉冲形式的大电流脉冲充电是一种能明显减小极化效应、缩短充电时间、快速高效的充电方式,并且通过实验确定了放电负脉冲的幅值和宽度最佳值。结合放电负脉冲参数值对10Ah/3.2 V锂离子动力电池进行充电实验,在充电量不低于90%的前提下,比常规大电流恒流充电速度提高了32.85%,达到了快速高效充电的目的。 In order to achieve the requirements for quickly and efficiently charging of lithium-ion battery used in electric vehicle,according to Mas three laws,the high current charging method with negative pulse was introduced as one of the fast charging methods.A great number of tests show this charging method can effectively eliminate polarization effects and shorten the charging time.The optimal value of the amplitude and the width for the discharge negative pulse is determined.The charging experiments were conducted for the 10 Ah/3.2 V lithium-ion battery by using the parameters of the discharge negative pulse.The results show that the speed increases by 32.85%compared with conventional high-current constant current charging in 90% of the amount of charge provided,achieving the purpose of fast and efficient charge.
