摘要
图书馆个性化智慧服务体系的构建,离不开对读者数据信息的处理与分析。而读者数据信息具有数量巨大、类别多样、价值密度低等特点,需要对这些读者数据信息进行读者行为大数据分析,为图书馆构建个性化智慧服务体系提供可用、可控的数据信息。文章介绍了泰州高校图书馆的概况,分析了读者行为特点以及构成。
The construction of individualized intelligence service system for library can＇t do without procession and analysis of reader data information. Reader data information has such characteristics, including huge data volume, diversity of category, less profit - density, which needs to be analyzed with big data analysis to provide available and control- lable information for building the individualized intelligence service system of library. This paper introduced the status of university libraries in Taizhou, and analyzed the characteristic and composition of readers＇ behavior, and then described the architecture and safeguard measures of the individualized intelligence service system.
