长管拖车气瓶瓶口修复方法及其安全性分析 被引量:8

摘要 长管拖车使用过程中经常会出现气瓶瓶口外螺纹严重磨损问题。直接去除磨损螺纹并在瓶口重新加工外螺纹的修复方法可能导致瓶口壁厚不能满足定期检验规范要求,为此提出了一种新的长管拖车气瓶瓶口修复方法,即先车削去除原瓶口外螺纹、后热套衬环并在衬环上重新加工外螺纹。采用数值和理论方法对该修复方法的安全性进行了分析,研究结果表明,该修复方法不会影响长管拖车气瓶的安全使用。 Outside threads on mouth of cylinders of tube trailers have been frequently found to be worn setiously during service. Removing the worn threads and remachining new threads directly may cause the thicknesses of the mouth not to meet the requirements of periodic inspection regulations. Hence a new repair method for the mouth of the cylinders is proposed, which removes the original worn threads firstly, then installs tings on the mouths by thermoshrinking and machines external threads on the rings. Safety of the new repair method on a typical cylinder for the tube trailers has been investigated by numerical simu- lation and theoretical analysis. The results show that the new repair method does not affect the service safety of the cylinders.
