摘要
为了探索诱导型转胰岛素样生长因子-1转基因猪基本性能,试验采用添加了0.1%四环素的日粮饲喂4.5月龄诱导型转IGF-1转基因猪45d,试前、后空腹称重,试验结束时,屠宰、分割、采样分析。结果表明,与同窝非转基因猪相比,屠宰时血清IGF-1水平高出30.9%;胴体瘦肉率增加8.92%,肌肉的水分、肌间脂肪及灰分没有变化;血液生化指标无异常变化;转基因猪的各个组织器官大小、形状及颜色等无异常。在诱导情况下,肤岛素样生长因子-1转基因猪瘦肉有所提高,而且生长发育正常,说明这种诱导型转基因猪具有作为高瘦肉率品系育种的潜力。
In order to explore the fundamental traits of transgenic swine with inducible-type insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) gene,the diet with 0.1%tetracycline was feed the swine from the age of 4.5 month-old for 45 days.The fasting body weight as the experimental weight at begin and end,the swine at the age of 4.5 month-old was slaughtered,dissected,sampled for analysis.The results showed that in contrast to non-transgenic swine,the IGF-1 level in serum of transgenic swine was more than 30.9%;the carcass lean percentage was more than 8.92%,and the muscular moisture,intermuscular fat and ash did not change.Blood biochemical parameters didn't show abnormal changes.The sizes,shapes and colors of various tissues and organs in transgenic swine resembled to the non-transgenic swine.Under the condition of induced,lean rate of the IGF-1 swine increased and their development was normal,which indicated that this kind of transgenic swine hold potential as the new-type and highly lean percentage breeding line.
