摘要
本文以滚珠直线导轨的运动精度试验为基础,结合三坐标测量机的误差原理,进行理论分析,论述了在三坐标测量机中应用滚珠直线导轨时应注意的问题,为三坐标测量机的设计开发提供了理论依据。
In this paper, we do the theoretical analysis on the basis of movement precision test for the ball linear guide,combined with the error principle of three coordinate measuring machine. This paper discusses the problems which should pay attention to when three coordinate measuring machine apply the ball linear guide. This provides theory basis for design and development of three coordinate measuring machine.
