摘要
圆形变压器利用旋转磁场实现三相和多相之间的电能变换。以三相/十二相圆形变压器为对象,分析了其应用于24脉波整流的原理;基于磁动势平衡原理,对电网侧电流的谐波成分进行了理论研究;结合电磁设计需要,重点分析了定、转子槽齿相对位置以及气隙对电磁参数和运行性能的影响;开展了样机试验,证明了圆形变压器能明显改善输出直流电压和输入侧电流波形,并对圆形变压器在多脉波整流系统中的主要性能进行了初步评估。
According to the theory of rotating magnetic field , three-phase voltage could be converted intom ulti-phase voltage with a round-shaped transformer that has potential applications in rectifier systems. Theprinciples of the 2 4 -pulse rectifier with the three/tw elve-phase round-shaped transformer are then described. Theharmonic currents on the lin e side are investigated based on the theory of magnetomotive force. To meet thedemands for the electromagnetic design, effects of relative positions between rotor and stator slots, as well as theair gap length on operating performances are analyzed. The experiment results of the prototype exhibit its ability toimprove the quality of the output voltages and the input currents in the multi-pulse rectifier systems. The mainperformances of the round-shaped transformer are in itia lly evaluated in the multi-pulse rectifier system.
