Effect of CD4 ＋ CD25 ＋ regulatory T cells and T helper type 17 cells in lipopolysaccharide-induced acute lung injury mice

摘要 急性肺损伤（acutelunginjury，ALI）是感染、创伤等导致的急性难治性呼吸衰竭，尽管呼吸支持治疗已取得显著进步，但其病死率依然高达40％。ALI的发生和发展涉及到多种病理生理过程，目前认为失控的炎症反应是其发生的根本机制。辅助性T细胞17（Th17）和CIM＋CD25＋调节T细胞（Treg细胞）细胞是近几年才发现的CD4＋T淋巴细胞亚群，其数量及功能的异常与感染性疾病的发生与发展密切相关。
