摘要
五彩椒低于15℃不易发芽,早春栽培樱桃五彩椒时温度较低,影响种子萌发及幼苗生长。该试验采用0.01、0.05、0.10、0.50mg·L^(-1)的芸苔素内酯溶液处理樱桃五彩椒种子及幼苗,测定了五彩椒种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数,及五彩椒幼苗的SOD、POD、CAT活性,脯氨酸和丙二醛含量等生理生化指标,以研究芸苔素内酯对樱桃五彩椒种子萌发及幼苗抗低温能力的影响。结果表明:当芸苔素内酯浓度为0.10mg·L^(-1)时可促进樱桃五彩椒的萌发,当芸苔素内酯浓度为0.05mg·L^(-1)和0.10mg·L^(-1)时可提高五彩椒幼苗抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)的活性及脯氨酸含量、降低丙二醛含量;因此适宜浓度的芸苔素内酯可以促进樱桃五彩椒种子萌发,提高幼苗的抗低温能力。
Color pepper is difficult to sprout less than 15 ℃,and the low temperature in early spring influenced seed germination and growth.In order to study the effect of brassinolide on seed germination and seedling cold resistance,by0.01mg·L(-1),0.05mg·L(-1),0.10mg·L(-1),0.50mg·L(-1) brassinolide treatment on seeds and seedlings of pepper,pepper seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index were measured.SOD,POD,CAT activities of pepper seedlings,proline and MDA content were determined.The results showed that when the brassinolide concentration with 0.10mg·L(-1) could promote germination rate of cherry color pepper,when brassinolide concentration with 0.05mg·L(-1) and 0.10mg·L(-1) could promote activities of SOD,POD,CAT,and protein content was increased,but MDA content was decreased.So suitable concentration of brassinolide could promote germination rate of cherry color pepper,increase ability to tolerance cold temperature.
