摘要
以湿法玉米胚为对象,探讨挤压膨化工艺条件:喂料量、物料含水量、挤压温度、螺杆转速等因素对浸提后玉米胚氮溶解指数(NSI)值的影响规律。通过4因素5水平二次正交旋转组合试验设计,利用SAS9.1软件对试验数据进行响应面分析,从而得到最佳挤压工艺参数:喂料量为297 g/min、物料含水率为10%、挤压温度为80℃、螺杆转速为45 r/min,在此参数下的浸提后玉米胚蛋白NSI值为15.06%。
Take the corn germ by wet process as material, discussed the influence of the NSI of the after leaching corn gern, including the speed of feeding, the moisture of corn germ, the temperature of extrusion, the speed of screw, which were directly ralated to the extrution process. The method of quadratic orthogonal rotating combination desion of four factors and five levels is used. Analysed the response surface of the test data by SAS9.1. The speed of feeding is 297 g/min, the moisture of corn germ 10%, the temperrature of extrusion is 80 ℃, the speed of screw 45 r/min. Under such conditions, the NSI of the after leaching corn gern is 15.06%.
