摘要
目的:优化景可爽颗粒的生产工艺。方法:以景可爽颗粒水分、天麻素含量及收率为考察指标,采用正交试验法,以多指标综合评分法筛选景可爽颗粒的最佳生产工艺。结果:景可爽干膏和纯化水的最佳比例为1∶1;最佳烘料时间范围为9-12h;操作间湿度范围为45%-55%。结论:优化后的生产工艺稳定、可行,可应用于景可爽颗粒的产业化。
Objective:To optimal the production technology of Jingkeshuang granules.Methods:The orthogonal design was employed for conducting the multiple guidelines evaluation and selecting the optimum production technology with water content,effective content and the yield of Jingkeshuang granules as the detective index.Results:The optimal extraction technology of Jingkeshuang granules was that the best optimal ratio of extraction of Jingkeshuang and pure water was 1∶1,the best time of dry was 9-12h,the best humidity of room was 45%-55%.Conclusion:The optimized production process is stable,and feasible,and it could be used in future large-scaled preparation of Jingkeshuang granules.
