摘要
磷石膏的堆存问题由来已久,磷石膏综合利用的主要方向是用作水泥缓凝剂,但由于磷石膏中含有少量有害杂质而且较难除去,相比天然石膏,其应用性能较差,因此中国磷石膏在水泥行业仍未能实现规模化的应用。阐述了磷石膏用作水泥缓凝剂的作用机理,概括并总结了近几年来磷石膏作水泥缓凝剂的研究现状及净化工艺,指出限制磷石膏利用的主要原因是净化成本高和行业未能形成统一的应用标准。
The deposit of phosphorus gypsum has been a problem for a long time.The main direction of comprehensive utilization of phosphorus gypsum is to be used as cement retarder.However,due to the small amount of harmful impurities in the phosphorus gypsum,and the difficult purification,its application performance is poor than the natural gypsum,and its application in cement industry is still not in large scale.The mechanism of phosphorus gypsum used as cement retarder was discussed,the research progress and purification process of phosphorus gypsum in recent years were summarized,and it proposed that the reasons that limit the use of phosphorus gypsum were mainly due to the high cost of purification and the industry′s failure to form a unified standard.
