摘要
研究了超声波-微波协同提取何首乌[Fallopia multiflora(Thunb.)Harald.]多糖的最佳工艺条件,以何首乌多糖提取率为综合指标,考察料液比、提取次数、超声时间、微波时间4个因素对提取效果的影响,在此基础上,利用中心组合试验设计对提取工艺进行优化,最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶21(g∶m L),超声时间15 min,微波时间3 min,提取1次,在此条件下多糖实际提取率可达19.74%。
The optimum conditions of polysaccharides extraction from Fallopia multiflora(Thunb.) Harald. were obtained using ultrasonic-microwave synergistic technique. Effects of different factors,including the ratio of solid to liquid,ultrasonic extraction time,microwave extraction time,extraction times were compared in polysaccharide extraction rate. On the basis of single factor experiments,the optimum conditions for the extraction of polysaccharides from Fallopia multiflora(Thunb.) Harald. were obtained through Box-Benhnken experiment design. The results showed that the optimum conditions were the ratio of solid to liquid 1∶21(g∶m L),ultrasonic extraction time 15 min, microwave extraction time 3 min,extraction for 1 time,and in these conditions, the extraction rate of polysaccharides was 19.74%.
