评价牙周序列治疗在牙周炎患者正畸治疗中的作用被引量：6

摘要目的观察并评价牙周序列治疗在牙周炎患者正畸治疗中的应用作用。方法随机选取66例接受正畸治疗的牙周炎患者为研究对象,采取数字表法分对照组和观察组,各33例。其中对照组进行常规健康宣教及正畸治疗,观察组则在此基础上进行牙周序列治疗,比较2组治疗效果。结果 2组患者治疗后探诊深度、出血指数、牙周附着丧失、牙龈指数、菌斑指数等指标的检查结果以及临床正畸治疗总有效率,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在牙周炎患者正畸治疗的过程中对患者进行牙周序列治疗有利于提高正畸治疗效果,改善患者的牙周症状,从而促进患者康复,值得临床推广。
