摘要
目的 观察中医辨证分型配合火针治疗痤疮的疗效。方法 选取2011年6月~2014年11月我院收治的育龄期女性痤疮患者160例,随机分为中医组（中医辨证分型配合火针治疗,100例）和西药组（盐酸米诺环素配合安体舒通治疗,60例）两组,观察两组治疗3个月总有效率、6个月总有效率、治疗前后性激素LH、E2和症状积分的变化,并比较副作用。结果 两组治疗3个月总有效率相似,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;中医组6个月总有效率明显高于西药组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。中医组患者治疗后性激素LH、E2和症状积分改善均优于西药组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。中医组副作用明显低于西药组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 中医辨证分型配合火针治疗痤疮的疗效确切,可有效改善患者性激素水平、临床症状,改善皮损情况,且近期疗效跟西药治疗相似,但远期疗效优于西药治疗,安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） combined with fire needle in treatment of ache. Methods 160 reproductive-aged female with ache treated in our hospital from June 2011 to November 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the TCM group（n=100, TCM syndrome differentiation ＋ fire needle） and the western medicine group （n=60, minocycline hydrochloride＋antisterone）. The overall response rates at 3 months and 6 months after treatment and changes of LH, E2 and symptom scores before and after treatment were observed and the incidence rates of side effects were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the overall response rate at 3 months after treatment between two groups （P〉0.05）. The overall response rate at 6 months after treatment was significantly higher in the TCM group than in the western medicine group （P〈0.05）. The improvement of LH, E2 and symptom scores in the TCM group was significantly superior to that in the western medicine group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with fire needle has definite effect in treatment of ache, which can effectively improve the levels of sex hormone, clinical symptoms and skin condition. The short-term effect of TCM plus fire needle is comparable to that of western medicine, and the long-term effect is superior to that of western medicine with high safety. Therefore, TCM plus fire needle is worthy to be promoted.
