摘要
目的探讨优质护理干预在小儿重症肺炎中的护理效果。方法将2011年8月～2015年8月入住我院的76例重症肺炎患儿按照护理模式随机均分为对照组（n=38）与观察组（n=38），分别采用常规护理与优质护理干预。比较两组患儿护理效果、护理满意度及患儿的体征恢复情况。结果（1）经护理，观察组患儿护理临床总有效率为97．37％（37／38），显著高于对照组（78．95％，30／38）（P〈0．05）；（2）观察组护理满意度为100．00％（38／38），显著高于对照组（81．58％，31／38）（P〈O．05）；（3）观察组患儿退热时间、心衰消失时间、气促改善时间及止咳时间均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论优质护理干预能够有效提高,＇ldL重症肺炎中的临床疗效及护理满意度，大大缩短各种临床症状消失及缓解时间，应在临床上进行推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing care intervention in children with severe pneu- monia. Methods From August 2011 to August 2015,76 cases of severe pneumonia were randomly divided into control group （n=38） and observation group （n=38）,were used with conventional care quality and high-quality care intervention. The effects of two groups of children care,satisfaction, signs of recovery were compared. Results （1）Total effective rate of the observation group was 97.37%（37/38）, was significantly higher than the control group （78.95%,30/38）,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）; （2）The care satisfaction of observation group was 100.00% （38/38）,was significantly higher than the control group（81.58%,31/38）（P〈0.05）; （3）Cooling time, heart failure disappeared time,shortness of breath improve time and time cough of observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of children with severe pneumonia in the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction, greatly reducing the variety of clinical symptoms and remission time, should be carried out in clinical practice.
