摘要
可持续发展是非遗保护的核心难题。做好供给侧结构性改革,从供给源头上创新非遗保护是解决这个难题的一个重要途径。传统非遗供给的保守、僵化及与需求的错位,导致了非遗生产与供给活力不足、流通不畅,难以满足人民日益增长的文化需求,也导致了非遗保护政策边际效应的递减态势。因此,加大供给侧结构性改革,优化非遗供给的结构、内容与机制,把非遗保护纳入社区文化、公共文化服务、文化产业等文化供给体系中,创新非遗保护机制,激发非遗生产活力,打通供给与需求联系的"最后一公里",是非遗保护可持续发展的保证。
Sustainable development is a core issue of intangible cultural heritage protection. Supply- side structural reform is an important way to solve the difficulties from the supply source. The conservative and rigid supply of the traditional intangible cultural heritage and its mismatch with requirement,cause a weak and obstructed production and supply,which is hard to meet the cultural needs,and also led to the diminishing marginal utility to the intangible cultural heritage protection policy. Therefore,in order to ensure the sustainable development of intangible cultural heritage,we should intensify the supply- side structural reform; optimize the structure,content and mechanism of the supply of intangible cultural heritage; put the protection of intangible cultural heritage into a cultural supply system containing community culture,social cultural services,and cultural industries,etc.; innovate the mechanism of intangible cultural heritage protection,stimulate the vitality of intangible cultural heritage production,and keep the supply close to the requirement.
