摘要
博、硕士研究生导师的数量和质量是衡量一所大学附属医院整体发展水平的重要参考指标。笔者通过分析天津医科大学眼科医院开展的研究生导师孵化培养项目,对如何建设一支高水平的研究生导师队伍的具体措施进行探讨,旨在提高大学附属医院研究生教育水平。
The quantity and quality of doctoral and postgraduate tutor is an important index to measure development of university hospital. To enhance postgraduate students education level of our hospital,we discuss the effective ways and approaches to construct high- level tutor team by postgraduate supervisor incubation and cultivation project.
