摘要
右美托咪定是一种高选择性的肾上腺素受体激动剂,具有镇静、抗应激、镇痛等作用。在围术期,右美托咪定常用于辅助全身麻醉、局部麻醉以及镇痛等,均取得较好的临床疗效。近年来,右美托咪定开始越来越多的应用于心血管手术麻醉,其在镇静、镇痛、抗交感、抑制应激反应、稳定血流动力学等方面均收到了很好的效果。该文就右美托咪定的药理学特点、药效学、围术期麻醉、围术期镇痛等方面进行综述,以系统全面地了解右美托咪定在临床方面的应用情况。
Dexmedetomidine is a highly selective adrenergic receptor agonist,which has a calming, anti- stress,analgesic effect. In the perioperative period, dexmedetomidine is commonly used in assisting general anesthesia,local anesthesia and analgesia with good clinical efficacy. In recent years, dexmedetomidine are more and more used in cardiovascular surgery anesthesia, which has received good results in the sedative, analgesic,anti-sympathetic,inhibiting the stress response, stabilizing hemodynamics etc. Here is to make a review of the pharmacology, pharmacodynamics, perioperative anesthesia, perioperative analgesia of dexme- detomidine, in order to systematically understand the application of dexmedetomidine in clinical.
