摘要
目的探讨儿童静脉会诊单在儿童静脉置管管理中的应用效果。方法选择我院2013年1月至2015年1月静脉置管患儿100例,随机分为两组各50例,对照组进行常规静脉穿刺,观察组采用儿童静脉会诊单管理儿童静脉置管的护理工作。比较两组的静脉置管复针率、护理满意度、置管时间。结果 1观察组的静脉置管复针率为4%,显著低于对照组的40%(P<0.05)。2观察组的静脉置管时间为(15.0±2.5)min,显著低于对照组的(25.5±3.0)min(P<0.05)。3观察组的护理满意度为96%,显著高于对照组的66%(P<0.05)。结论儿童静脉会诊单在儿童静脉置管管理中具有理想的应用效果,可有效地缩短静脉置管的时间,降低静脉置管的复针率,提高护理的满意率。
Objective To discuss the application effect of children-vein-consultation sheet in children＇s venous catheterization management. Methods A total of 1 00 cases of children with venous catheterization were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group. The control group received normal venipuncture, while the observation group received venous catheterization management based on children-vein-consultation sheet. The rate of repeated puncture, catheterization time and satisfaction rate to nursing were compared between two groups. Results The rate of repeated puncture of observation group was 4%, significantly lower than 40% of control group（P〈0.05）. The catheterization time of observation group was（1 5.0 ± 2.5） min, significantly shorter than（25.5 ± 3.0） min of control group（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate to nursing of observation group was 96%, significantly higher than 66% of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The application of children-vein-consultation sheet in children＇s venous catheterization management has significant effect,which can effectively shorten the venous catheterization time, reduce the repeated puncture, and improve the satisfaction rate to nursing.
