摘要 以汽车前面板3种Moldflow填充方案为例,简要介绍了CAE软件的作用。应用计算机辅助工程(CAE)软件对3种Moldflow填充方案进行流体前沿温度、填充压力、锁模力、填充时间、困气与熔接痕等对比分析,得到了一种符合实际的填充方案,优化了塑件的注塑成型工艺,可用于指导模具实际设计和生产。该模具设计合理可行,显示了CAE技术在塑件注塑成型分析中的显著作用。 To take three Moldflow filling schemes for the automotive front panel for example, the function of computer aided engineering (CAE) software was briefly introduced. Through the comparative analysis of flow front temperature, filling pressure, clamping force, filling time, trapped gas and weld line by using CAE software, the practical filling scheme was got, which optimized the injection molding process of plastic parts and could be used to guide the practical mould design and production. The mold design is reasonable and feasible, showing a significant role of CAE in plastic injection molding analysis.
