电压互感器高压保险频繁熔断的原因分析及解决方案的研究 被引量:3

摘要 电压互感器是10 k V配电网中电压测量、计量和继电保护的重要设备。在我国的10 k V配电网中,电压互感器的高压保险熔断经常发生。通过调研发现,铁磁谐振、低频非线性振荡、保险本身特性和雷电入侵波等是电压互感器高压保险的熔断主要的原因。研究了铁磁谐振和低频非线性振荡的特征,进一步,对现有应用较多的治理措施的原理和优缺点进行理论分析,从应用原理等方面进行了分析,对各种方法在提出了相应的改进方案,并对改进方案进行了对比分析,因此对10 k V配电网中电压互感器保险熔断故障的研究而言,具有重要的现实意义。 The voltage transformer is an important device for voltage measurement and relay protection in the 10 kV power distribution network. In China's 10 kV distribution network, the voltage transformer's fuse breaks frequently, which leads to the two voltage transformer side losing voltage and the zero sequence vohage increasing. In this paper, it is found that ferromagnetic resonance, low frequency nonlinear oscillation, the characteristic'; of the protection device itself and the lightning invasion wave are the main causes of the fuse break. The paper studies the characteristics of ferromagnetic resonance and low frequency oscillation. Furthermore, the adv- antages and disadvantages of the current methods are compared in detail and comprehensive economic and technological factors of various methods are taken into consideration to obtain a best solution. The study presented in this paper has important practical significance in the study of the fusing faults of the voltage transformers in the 110 kV distribution network.
