摘要
目的研究针灸联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法研究对象：我院2014年2月~2015年10月住院接受治疗的70例腰椎间盘突出症患者。随机分组方法 ：掷硬币法。70例患者分为组1和组2。组1行推拿治疗;组2给予针灸联合推拿治疗。研究评估：（1）病情缓解率;（2）治疗前和治疗后患者腰腿VAS评分、直腿抬高情况的差异。结果 （1）组2对比组1病情缓解率更高,P〈0.05;（2）治疗前两组腰腿VAS评分、直腿抬高情况相似,P〉0.05;治疗后组2对比组1腰腿VAS评分、直腿抬高情况改善更显著,P〈0.05。结论针灸联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效确切,可有效改善患者腰椎功能,缓解其疼痛感。
Objective To study the curative effect of acupuncture combined massage treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.MethodsFrom February 2014 to October 2015,70 cases of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion in our hospital were selected as the research object and were divided into group 1 and group 2.Group 1 was given about massage therapy; Group 2 was given about acupuncture combined with massage therapy. Research assessment：（1） the remission rate;（2） before and after treatment in patients with waist and leg VAS score,the straight leg-raising differences. Results（1） The remission rate in group 2 was higher than group 1,P〈0.05;（2） Waist and leg VAS score,the straight leg-raising of two groups before treatment was similar,P〈0.05; After treatment,waist VAS score,the straight leg-raising improvement of group 2 was more significant than group 1,P〈0.05. Conclusion The curative effect of acupuncture combined with massage for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion can effectively improve the function of patients with lumbar spine,relieve the pain.
