摘要
以海南大学食品科学与工程一级学科硕士研究生课程体系为例,分析了课程设置和教学中存在的问题,并针对存在的问题阐述了按一级学科进行课程设置的改革思路,构建了全新的食品科学与工程一级学科硕士研究生课程体系。
The problems in curriculum setting and teaching wereanalyzed in this paper basedonthe master student of Hainan Universityin the first-level discipline of food science and engineering. Some trains of thought on the curriculum system reformation were expounded in accordance with first-level discipline, and the brand-new relevant curriculum system in this first-level discipline was built.
