摘要
过敏性紫癜是以小血管炎为主要病变的系统性血管炎。何永生教授治疗紫癜性肾炎以临床症状与辨证相结合,蛋白尿、血尿为主要临床表现,认为本病为虚实夹杂,"热"与"瘀"为本病的病理基础,且存在脾肾亏虚的病理变化。治疗以祛邪与扶正并举,健脾益肾、活血化浊法贯穿始终,且注重日常调护。
