摘要
目的分析对复发性真菌性阴道炎患者行中西医结合治疗的效果。方法选取本所2013年2月—2015年3月收治的200例难治性复发性阴道炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成两组,对照组100例,临床中给予常规西药治疗,观察组100例,在西医治疗的同时联合中药治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为96.0%,对照组为88.0%,观察组明显高于对照组,两组比较差异明显,具有统计学意义P<0.05。结论对难治性复发性阴道炎患者进行中西医结合方式治疗可有效改善患者的疾病情况,促进患者的治疗和恢复,值得临床重视和推广应用。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of refractory recurrent,vaginitis. Methods 200 cases of intractable recurrent vaginitis patients February 2013 to March 2015 were selected as the research objects. By using the random number table method, they were divided into two groups. The control group of 100 cases was given conventional Western medicine treatment. The observation group of 100 cases was given Western medicine and Chinese medicine. The therapeutic effect of two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 96.0% , the effective rate of the control group was 88.0% , effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion For patients with refractory recurrent vaginitis, therapy of integrated medicine can effectively improve the patient＇ s disease, promote the patient＇ s treatment and recovery, and is worthy of clinical attention and application.
