摘要
通过笔者亲历,介绍法国护理岗位管理的概述、岗位类别、岗位职责、岗位培训、岗位绩效、岗位配置及调配机制、激励保障措施等,以期为我国护理岗位管理提供指导和借鉴依据。
This study introduces nurse position management in France, categories of posts, job responsibilities, job training, job performance, post conifguration and deployment mechanism, incentive safeguard measures, in order for our nursing position management to provide guidance and reference.
