摘要
文章综合运用网络调查、文献分析、对比分析研究方法,选择5个美国公共图书馆和3个中国公共图书馆作为样本,从新媒体应用类型、应用功能和服务内容3个方面对比分析中美公共图书馆在新媒体应用上的差异,并对完善我国公共图书馆的新媒体推广服务提出建议。本研究对拓宽我国公共图书馆信息服务渠道、提高服务效率和质量方面将起到一定的推动作用。
Using the method of online survey, literature analysis and comparative analysis, this paper chooses 5 public libraries of America and 3 public libraries of China as the research samples and compares the differences in new media using between America and China from new media types, functions and services, then makes some suggestions to our public libraries in promotion of new media services. This study will produce a certain role to broaden the channels of information services and improve service quality and efficiency.
