摘要
从认知评价理论、有机整合理论两个子理论系统梳理了自我决定理论,并总结归纳了自我决定理论在理论验证、理论发展、理论延伸3个方面的近期研究发展情况。研究结果表明,现有的自我决定理论研究忽视了工作既有趣又无趣的现实可能性和控制性动机负面效应的调节,缺乏无意识自主性动机的激发研究和企业应用研究。基于此,根据工作有趣性程度,将工作分为无趣工作、有趣工作、既有趣也无趣的工作,从3种不同的工作类型构建了自我决定理论的现有研究及未来研究发展方向框架。
This paper introduces self-determination theory(SDT)with cognitive evaluation theory and organic integration theory,and summarizes recent studies of the self-determination theory from theoretical verification,theoretical development and theoretical extension.It indicates that existing researches on self-determination theory ignore the possibility of the work which is both interesting and boring,and moderating mechanisms of controlled motivation's negative effects,and lack unconscious autonomous motivation studies and applications in enterprises.In this paper,according to the interesting degree of work,works will be divided into the boring work,interesting work,both interesting and boring work,and a frame of existing research and future research direction will be built from three different types of work.
