摘要
以常见的15种独立小包装茶叶包装袋为研究对象,应用气相色谱/质谱(Py-GC/MS)技术对其进行分析。实验结果表明:15种复合膜的组成可分为聚丙烯均聚物和乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物或乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物;相同进样量同种复合膜的裂解行为以及不同进样量同种复合膜的裂解行为均具有较好的重现性;该方法无需任何样品前处理,样品用量少,是一种对多层复合膜进行比对分析及鉴别的有效方法。
Pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(Py-GC-MS) was applied to discriminative analysis of 15 common types of tea packing bags.The results showed that constituents of 15 kinds of composite films can be divided into polypropylene homopolymer(PP-H) and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) or ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer(EEA).Cracking behavior of the same kind of composite films proved to have high reproducibility,the same or different injection amount had few effects.Py-GC-MS technique was a fast,convenience and effective method for comparative analysis and identification of multilayer composite films without any pretreatment.
