摘要
聚焦于风电场有功功率控制性能实测技术研究,梳理了风电场有功功率控制系统架构,提出了基于卫星授时方法的风电场有功功率控制性能测试技术,以某风电场为实例,利用本文所提的测试方法,对风电机组和整场的有功功率控制性能进行了测试,验证了所提方法的有效性。
This paper focused on study of wind farm active power control performance test. The construction of active power system was sumed up. The wind farm control performance test technology based on satellite timing was proposed. In case study ,wind turbine and wind farm active power control performance were tested by the method proposed in this paper. The results show that this method is efficient and accurate.
