摘要
低温甲醇洗单元酸性气冷凝系统中热再生塔冷凝器因循环冷却水供水不足会导致过量甲醇进入下游硫化氢缓冲罐,会造成一定危害。针对这一问题,借助Aspen Plus和Matlab软件,对低温甲醇洗单元中甲醇在上述事故状态下进入下游硫化氢缓冲罐的机理进行了探讨和分析,并建立了水力学计算模型,为量化分析该现象并避免发生类似事故提供了理论依据。
In the sour gas condensation system of Rectisol unit,insufficient cooling water supply in the condenser for thermal regeneration tower may result in excessive amount of methanol going into the downstream H_2 S buffer tank,which may cause certain hazards. For this issue,and with the assistanceof Aspen Plus and Matlab software,the mechanism was studied and analyzed for methanol going from the Rectisol unit into the downstream H_2 S buffer tank in case of emergency,and the hydraulic calculation model was established for quantitative analysis of this phenomenon which provides theoretical basis to avoid similar incidents in the future.
