摘要
近年来,我国高校发展迅速,外聘职工也越来越多,在高校职工中占有相当大的比例,但是目前对高校外聘职工的职业规划十分欠缺。通过对成都纺织高等专科学校外聘职工的职业规划现状分析,分析高校外聘职工职业规划的特点,并提出对外聘职工进行职业规划的重要意义。对外聘员工的具体职业规划,从明确职业定位、发掘职业规划内驱力、提升职工职业素质能力、增加职工的自我认识这四方面进行。最后对高校外聘职工职业规划和发展提出相关建议。
In recent years,with the college booming,external staff take a large proportion of college staff,but their career planning and development lags behind. The paper takes external staff of Chengdu Textile College as an example to explore features of and suggestions to college external staff,namely,defining career position,excavating staff potential,improving staff career quality,and enhancing staff self-awareness.
