摘要
为提高催化裂化油浆(FCC油浆)附加值,利用其贫蜡、富芳的特点,将FCC油浆用于道路沥青的生产工艺成为目前的研究热点。目前FCC油浆制备道路沥青的工艺主要有FCC油浆溶剂脱沥青技术和油浆调合技术等。FCC油浆溶剂脱沥青工艺能利用现有溶剂脱沥青工业装置,投资少,经济效益高,能缓解脱沥青装置原料不足的问题,但对油浆原料的性质和设备操作要求较高。在FCC油浆调合技术中主要介绍了FCC油浆全馏分、FCC油浆减压拔头后和FCC油浆使用交联缩合剂缩合生产道路沥青的工艺。其中,交联缩合工艺中油浆调合比例大,工业设备简单,将会成为FCC油浆调合工艺的发展趋势。
To improve added value of the slurry oil and utilize the characteristics of poor wax and rich aromatics of FCC slurry, the process of producing paving asphalt from FCC slurry oil has become the hot point of research & development (R&D). At present, the main processes for producing paving asphalt from FCC slurry are FCC slurry solvent deasphalting process and slurry oil blending process, etc. FCC slurry solvent deasphalting process, which utilizes the existing commercial solvent deasphahing unit, is low in investment and high in economic benefit, and can mitigate the in insufficient supply of feedstocks for asphalting unit. But it has a higher requirement for slurry oil properties and the operation of equipment. In FCC slurry blending processes, cross-linking condensation technology is introduced for production of paving asphalt from the full fraction of FCC slurry, vacuum topped oil of FCC slurry and FCC slurry. The cross-linking condensation process, which is large in slurry blending ratio and simple in equipment, will be the development trend of FCC slurry blending process.
