摘要
目的探讨血必净注射液联合西地那非在慢性肺源性心脏病并脓毒症患者中的应用效果。方法选取86例慢性肺源性心脏病并脓毒症患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各43例。对照组给予西医常规治疗+西地那非治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用血必净注射液,2组疗程均为15 d。对比2组的肺动脉压、右心室射血分数、凝血指标(血小板计数、D-2聚体、纤维蛋白原)和炎症指标(白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、降钙素原)的变化。结果治疗后,观察组肺动脉压较对照组降低,右心射血分数则显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组凝血指标和炎症指标值均较对照组显著改善(P均<0.05)。结论血必净注射液联合西那地非治疗慢性肺源性心脏病并脓毒症患者,能够有效降低患者的肺动脉高压,改善凝血功能,减少炎症反应,促进患者病情康复。
Objective It is to explore the effect of Xuebijing injection combined with sildenafil on chronic pulmonary heart disease with sepsis .Methods 86 cases of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and sepsis were selected as the re -search objects .Through the randomized method , they were divided into observation group and control group , each group had 43 cases.The control group was given routine treatment of western medicine and sildenafil ;on the basis of treatment of control group,the observation group was added with Xuebijing injection .Both the treatment courses were 15 days.The changes of pul-monary artery pressure and right ventricular ejection ejection fraction , blood coagulation index （platelet count, D-dimer, fi-brinogen） and inflammatory markers （white blood cell count, C-reactive protein, procalcitonin） before and after treatment were observed in both groups .Results After treatment , the pulmonary artery pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group , and the right cardiac ejection fraction was significantly improved , and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;The indexes of coagulation and inflammation in the observation group were significantly improved com -pared with the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Xuebijing injection combined with sildenafil has a good curative effect on pulmonary heart disease with sepsis , which can effectively reduce pulmo-nary hypertension , improve function of blood coagulation, reduce inflammation ,and promote the rehabilitation of the patients .
