摘要
目的对手术室护理管理中应用安全文化的效果进行分析研究。方法选取于2014年2月—2016年3月期间该院的手术室护理人员100例,并1:1随机分为参照组和实验组各50例,对常规护理管理和护理安全文化管理应用于手术室护理管理中的效果进行对照研究。结果实验组的护理质控评分明显高于参照组,护理纠纷率、护理差错率均明显低于参照组[2.70%、3.60%VS 14.41%、17.12%],非常满意率、护理总满意率均明显高于参照组[57.66%、93.69%VS 26.13%、74.77%],组间差异经t检验,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理管理中应用安全文化的效果十分满意,能够大大降低护理纠纷率、护理差错率,对于护理质控评分以及护理满意度的提高均具有至关重要的作用。
Objective To analyze and research the application effect of safety culture in the nursing management in operat-ing room. Methods 100 cases of nursing staff in our hospital from February 2014 to March 2016 were selected and random-ly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 50 cases in each, and the effects of conventional nursing management and nursing safety culture management applied to nursing management in operating room were compared and researched. Results The nursing quality control score in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the con-trol group, the nursing dispute rate and nursing error rate in the experimental group were obviously lower than those in the control group, （2.70%, 3.60% vs 14.41%, 17.12%）, the most satisfactory rate and total nursing satisfactory rate were obvi-ously higher than those in the control group with statistical significance after t test （57.66%, 93.69% vs 26.13%, 74.77%）, P〈0.05. Conclusion The effect of the application of safety culture in nursing management in operating room is very satis-factory, which can greatly reduce the nursing dispute rate and nursing error rate, and it is vital to nursing quality control score and improvement of nursing satisfactory degree.
