摘要
通过分析神经内科护理质量管理的规范标准的5个方面内容,总结神经内科护理质量管理的规范标准的作用。神经内科护理质量管理的规范标准内容主要包括:健全各项规章制度、制定一般护理记录模板,设立专职质控人员、规范带教计划和考核标准、将科室常用的药品说明书分门别类装订成册、完善安全管理制度。通过规范标准能够为护理人员的工作提供制度保障、短时间的提升了护理人员的护理水平、保证安全,最终提升神经内科护理质量的目的。
We analyzed the contents of five aspects of nursing quality management code standards in the department of neurology and summarized the function of nursing quality management code standards in the department of neurology. The nursing quality management code standards contents in the department of neurology mainly included： perfecting various regulations, making general nursing record templet, setting up full-time quality control staff, standardizing teaching plan and examination standards, categorically binding the common dispensatory together into book form and improving safety man-agement system, and the code standards could provide institutional guarantee for the work of nursing staff, improve the nurs-ing level of nursing staff in a short time, ensure safety and improve the nursing quality in the department of neurology final-ly.
