摘要
目的:总结血府逐瘀汤加减治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取我院86例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者作为研究对象,按随机数字法分为两组,对照组43例患者采用常规临床治疗方式,观察组43例患者在常规治疗基础上加用血府逐瘀汤加减进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为95.35%,对照组为81.40%,两组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的全血黏度、血浆黏度均明显低于对照组,两组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01、0.05)。结论:冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者给予血府逐瘀汤加减治疗,能有效改善患者的心绞痛症状,提高临床疗效。
Objective： To summarize clinical efficacy of the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods： 86 cases were randomly divided into the control group and observed group. 43 cases in the control group took conventional treatment. 43 cases in the observed group were given the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction more. Results： The total efficiency was 95.35% in the observed group, and 81.40% in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were lower in the observed group（P〈0.01, 0.05）. Conclusion： Treating stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction could effectively improve symptoms and efficacy.
